Junior Chef

We had a fabulous afternoon when the Junior Chef Academy came to visit our school. We made a berry brulee where we had to cut berries (strawberries and raspberries),  we had to crack an egg into a bowl and whisk it togeher. We then added vanilla essence and poured the mixture over the berries. We then put it in the oven to bake. They looked super!
