  • In Art the children will be studying Georgia O'Keeffe and will create their own enlarged wildflower sketches using materials such as pastels and water colour paints.
  • In Computing the children will focus upon using Microsoft Publisher to create persuasive posters.
  • In RE we will be learning about what 'worship' means in Christianity, Judaism and Islam.

If you have any concerns or would like to ask anything, please do not hesitate to come and have a chat with either myself, Mrs Severs or Mrs Bithell.  I will be available before school and after school every day! :)

We look forward to a fun-filled year in Y4!
Miss Mason, Mrs Severs and Mrs Bithell.

Important Notice:

At the end of Y4, the children will sit a 25 question Times Table Test set by the government. The children will be expected to know all of their times tables from 1x1 to 12x12 by the end of the year. The children will need to be able to recall the answer to ANY times table question within 6 seconds. They will need to read the question, work out the answer and type in the answer within 6 seconds on the government test.

Below is a link to a practice 'times tables check' which is the same format as the government test that the children will sit at the end of the year. Have a go! :)
