Hello Everyone! Another beautiful sunny day for us to enjoy 😊 Here are your home learning tasks for today, have fun!

Literacy

Read and discuss your favourite story. Use language such as author, illustrator, beginning, middle and end. Does the story have a character, setting, problem and solution? We would love to hear all about your favourite story on Tapestry!

Maths
Roll a dice and then double the number. Can you do that many star jumps? If you don’t have a dice at home, ask your grown up to think of a number for you! You could repeat this activity with other actions such as skips, hops, claps or jumps.

Additional
Can you create a home-made ramp? I have saved some pictures of examples below.
Which toys travel fastest down the ramp? Predict which toys will travel furthest.
Language: furthest, longest, quickest, speed, slowest, light, heavy, push.
