Y6 Home Learning Activities - Wednesday 25/3/2020
Hello children! I have missed you all! I hope you are all safe and well at home and still managing to have lots of fun during this strange time. Remember, there are lots of fun things you can do at home (such as: playing board games, card games , drawing and making things, baking, reading, puzzles, dancing, playing in the garden) as well as doing the bits of Maths and English work we set for you. And most importantly - don't forget to BE KIND to your family members and help each other in whatever ways you can. Keep smiling children; hopefully this will all be over soon. Enjoy today's learning activities.....
- For Maths, work through the Adding & Subtracting Fractions powerpoint answering the questions and having a go at the activities - the answers are there for you so you can check if you are right.
- For English, use the Dragon Inspiration Station activity sheet - read the story opening. Continue the story including elements from the prompt list/key questions on the sheet which should help you.
- Extra Curriculum Challenge: Research dragons, complete some dragon artwork, watch or read 'How To Train Your Dragon'
