Good morning, Year 5! I hope you're all well and have had a great weekend.

English

Complete the VIPER comprehension questions on this formal letter. The answers are at the end so make sure you use them to mark once you've completed the task.

Maths

Start by completing the 5 in 5 in your maths exercise books.

For your main activity, have a go at the multiplication word problems using decimal numbers. Remember, they are solved the same way you would complete a normal short multiplication method, but remember to put the decimal place in before you begin! If you want to be challenged, create some of your own using long multiplcation (decimal number multiplied by 2 or more digits)
