4Me enjoy Saints Smart School

4Me had a fabulous day at Saints Smart school. 

We were lucky enough to be given a tour of Langtree Park, visiting the changing rooms, ice baths, treatment room, hall of fame and the trophy room. 

All of the class thoroughly enjoyed the day and loved getting to see what happens behind the scenes of a rugby team. They were even taught some rugby skills by one of their talented coaches.

After their visit to Langtree Park, we then visited St Helens World of Glass. The children were shown exactly what was used to make glass, and learnt all about the history of glass making. They even took a trip down one of the caves.

4Me were later mesmerized when they were able to see glass blowers create a bowl including changing the colour of the glass. The children all asked excellent questions to further their knowledge and learning of the glass blowing.
