Why not try one of these creative tasks to help you celebrate.

Think of an invention or two to help protect and take care of our Earth.

Recycle and reuse newspapers and magazines around the house to create a nature picture ...

or even better use natural objects from the environment instead.       

Or take a walk around the garden or local area and complete a scavenger hunt. 

No screens needed – Make a list of all the electrical items in each room of your house. Can you come up with any ideas which would help you and your family to use less electricity? Maybe design a poster to put up in your house encouraging your family members to switch off electrical items when they are not being used.

Have fun - take a photo of your efforts and email tem to school.
