Good morning Year 1,

Another week of our home learning.

I hope you had a fantastic weekend. I would like to remind you all about the importance of reading. If you do not have any reading books at home or you have worked your way through them all, use the online tool of https://www.oxfordowl.co.uk/for-home/find-a-book/library-page/ .

It’s super easy to use, just select your book band colour and choose a book you like.

English Task:

As we are focusing on reading, today I would like you to try and read as many common exception words as you can.

If you want a challenge, try and make a sentence using as many common exception words as you can.

e.g.  Today your house is full of love.

Maths Task:

Today we are going to be looking at patterns using shapes. Start at level 1 and see if you can get up to level 3.
