Welcome back after the Easter Break. I hope you are all well and had lots of yummy chocolate treats to eat!
This week our story is 'We're going on a Bear Hunt' by Michael Rosen. We always find that this is a firm favourite with our children as they get swept along in the adventure!
There are lots of simple activities that you and your child can enjoy together,here are some ideas:

- Join in with Michael and act out the story with sound effects
- Make a bear face for a snack, using bread/toast , bananas/ tomatoes/ or any other favourite treats to make ears and eyes for your bear
- Can you ask your grown up to hide a teddy bear in the house or garden? can you make bear footprints to lead you to the bear?
- Make a bear face with paint or collage materials ,colouring pencils or anything else you can find around your home use recycled junk to add a body, arms etc
- Make a cave for your bear using blankets, pegs, cushions etc. Can you make it really dark like a cave?
