Here are a few creative activities to help you celebrate the day.

Take a read to find out more about Ramadan and why Muslims chose to fast. 

 Use left over bits of coloured paper or magazines to cut out lots of coloured tiles to create your own mosaic artwork.

 Using a piece of coloured paper or card make a lantern to hang in your window. Send us a photo if you do.

 Recycle those empty toilet rolls to try some printing - use stars and moons to create your artwork.

 Or if you fancy a challenge try and create some Islamic artwork putting your maths skills to use in your squared exercise book.
