Evacuee Day

As part of our learning we have been reading the book "Carrie's War", to give the children the chance to experience life during World War II everyone came to school dressed as evacuees.  

We imagined ourselves to be on the platform at a train station waiting to be evacuated.  This enhanced everybody's learning and it was a fun day all round!
